Construction will be handled by the project manager assigned to your property.  As the point man, your dedicated project manager will be onsite from the first day the project starts, until all punch list items are completed and the tenant occupies the space.

Hamil Commercial Group, LLC, was founded by a group of business owners with an idea of improving the way commercial construction and renovation is being performed in the Metro Atlanta area.  We know that successful people continually search for ways to improve their business.

Bill Compton serves as CEO of Hamil Commercial Group and is also President and CEO of Longview Properties Group, a luxury home construction company.

Bud Becht serves as COO of Hamil Commercial Group and is also Managing Member of Urban Builders of Atlanta, a commercial general contracting and construction management company.  Bud also spent nine years as general contractor for Group VI.

Bobby Hamil serves as Managing Director for the Hamil Commercial Group and is also COO of the Hamil Corporation, a commercial development company.

Danny Hamil serves as Director of Operations for the Hamil Commercial Group and is also CFO for the Hamil Corporation.

Rosario Turem serves as CFO of Hamil Commercial Group and is also President and CEO of AccountNet, LLC.

Hamil Commercial also works to reduce long lead times that some materials may have.  The most effective way in reducing the impact of long lead items is to identify them during the design phase of the project, and begin the procurement process immediately, or determine if a suitable replacement is available. In this way, timely completion of the project is achieved.
